Dutch Q4 issuance

EUROZONE ISSUANCE
  • Dutch cash deficit needs are lowered slightly to E53.6bln from E56.4bln. This reduces gross funding needs to E112.1bln from E114.8bln.
  • The target for capital markets issuance remains "around E60bln".
  • "The ultimate funding need however remains surrounded by a high degree of uncertainty and could still turn out significantly lower. The DSTA will use financing on the money markets to absorb fluctuations in the ultimate funding need."
  • 5 DSL auctions are planned:
    • 12 Oct: Reopen existing DSL
    • 26 Oct: Reopen 0% Jul-31 DSL for E1.5-2.5bln ( NL00150006U0 ).
    • 9 Nov: Reopen 0% Jan-38 DSL for E1.5-2.5bln ( NL0015000B11 ).
    • 23 Nov: Reopen 0% Jan-29 DSL for E2-3bln (to be launched 14 Sep, no ISIN yet).
    • 7 Dec: Reopen existing DSL.
  • DTC auctions will be held on 4 Oct, 18 Oct, 1 Nov, 15 Nov, 6 Dec and 13 Dec (the first and third Mon of each month with the exception of the 13 Dec which is a week early).
