RIKSBANK: Earlier this morning the Riksbank announced that Anna Breman has been

appointed as Deputy Governor of the Riksbank.

- She is currently Chief Economist at Swedbank and has worked previously at the

Ministry of Finance.

- Swedbank view: "On monetary policy, we regard Anna Breman as rather

balanced....In the shorter term, we think that she will vote for a rate hike to

0.00 percent in December, along with the majority."

- Nordea view: "It is difficult to categorise Breman as for her monetary policy

stance. The best guess is that she will follow the majority. Thus, as the

majority (Governor Ingves, Ohlsson and Skingsley) is for lifting rates, this is

if anything hawkish as it makes a rate hike in December more likely."
