EUROZONE ISSUANCE: EGB issuance continues its end-of-year wind down this week as
issuers edge closer to completion, with an estimated E3.0bln to be sold Vs
E7.3bln last week. Germany is the only country to come to market. 
- ISSUANCE: On Tuesday Germany begin - and end - weekly issuance, tapping 0.00%
Dec-20 Schatz for E3.0bln. Auctions for other countries (ie Spain and Italy)
have been cancelled.
- CASH FLOWS: Another week of net cash flow returning to market is ahead
(E13.0bln in redemptions, E0.0bln in coupons) will see cash flow of net negative
E10.0bln this week, versus net negative E12.9bln last week.
