ECB: EUR initially slips in the wake of the ECB rate decision - while rates were
kept unchanged, the ECB announced that TLTRO conditions have been further eased
and they announce a new series of non-targeted pandemic emergency LTROS (dubbed
PELTROS) to combat the economic effects of Coronavirus outbreak.
- EUR/USD now at $1.0870, with Bund futures close to the day's best levels of
173.81 (printed just before the decision).
