SEK
SEK: EUR/SEK is higher for a fifth consecutive session and sits just below nine
year highs of Sek10.7210. Of note, ING this morning reiterated their negative
stance on SEK, writing: "SEK continues swimming naked. Despite reaching a new
multi-year low vs. the EUR, we look for further weakness (to EUR/SEK 11.00) as
both domestic and external factors weigh on the currency."
-ING see the SEK being vulnerable on elections risks, a dovish Riksbank, the
slowing economy, the deteriorating current account and cheap funding costs.
