*The release of better than expected US Jobless Claims was off
set by a slightly weaker US trade deficit, as the rate hovered close to the
intraday low of $1,1734.
*In reaction to hawkish comments from the FED's Williams, in regards
to raising rates in December and unemployment "declining a bit below 4%"
witnessed the rate drop to a new intraday low of $1.1713.
*The euro received a sharp spike as BBG reported "Catalans are said to
stall independence push as leaders divided". The rate jumped from its lows of
$1.1313 to recovery highs of $1.1732.
*The 4PM WMR witnessed fresh pressure on the pair, this combined with
jumping US tsys yields. The rate dropped to fresh intraday lows of $1.1703.
*The pair had a small bounce before a fresh wave of broad based demand saw the
rate drop to a fresh intraday low of $1.1699., before bouncing towards $1.1710.
