EGB SUMMARY: Eurozone bonds are weaker across the board.
- German IFO data was weaker in Sept vs Aug, but came in slightly above
expectations (103.7 Business Climate vs 103.2 median). Dec18 Bund future is down
18 ticks at 158.82, having traded in a range of 158.74-159.14 today.
- The Bobl and Buxl are underperforming, with the 2-Yr yield up 0.6bps at
-0.526%, 5-Yr up 1.3bps at -0.102%, 10-Yr up 1.2bps at 0.474%, and 30-Yr up
1.4bps at 1.135%.
- Italian BTP yields are higher as markets await news from today's meeting
between top government officials on the 2019 budget plan due Thursday. The 2-Yr
yield is up 5.7bps at 0.814%, with 10-Yr is up 6bps at 2.890%.
- OAT yields are a little higher as well as France announces 2019 issuance
plans, including E195bln in OATs - same as 2018. 10-Yr spread over Bunds 0.7bps
wider at 32.3bps.
- Euribor futures are down slightly, with contracts across the strip 0.5-1.0
ticks lower.
- ECB President Draghi speaking at 1300GMT.
