RUSSIA: Foreign Minister Holds News Conference; Prime Minister Visits Vietnam

The newspaper add that importers' fears and a decline in crude supplies from Russia could push prices up and increase the discount on Russian oil.
  • Chinese businesses are increasingly registering companies in Russia, Vedomosti report. The number of average monthly registrations of such legal entities more than tripled in 2022-2024 compared to 2020-2021, SPARK-Interfax data showed. Interest in registering companies in Russia also grew from other "friendly" countries, with average monthly registrations up 120% by founders from Kyrgyzstan, 70% from Belarus and 50% from Turkey.
