CHINA STOCKS: H-Shares are down 2% and are testing last week's lows as financial
underperform as the escalating US-China trade war adds to the deleveraging woes
facing Chinese banks. H-Financials are trading at 11-year lows relative to the
HSI, with its P/B ratio close to record lows. 
- A-Shares are also down 2% but remain off last weeks lows due to their outsized
bounce seen over recent days. The A-H Premium Index is roughly flat at 121.25.
