DOLLAR-YEN: Having earlier triggered reported stops through Y113.40, gains
extended to Y113.47 before fading. The underlying dollar tone holds firm with
next resistance seen at Y113.81/91 (76.4% Y114.73-110.84, Nov14 high).
* On the US calendar today main focus on the November jobs report at 1330GMT.
Nonfarm payrolls are forecast to rise by 200,000 in November after
hurricane-related fluctuations in September and October, while the unemployment
rate is expected to hold steady at 4.1% in October. Hourly earnings are forecast
to rise by 0.3% after a flat October reading and a 0.5% surge in September, and
the average workweek is expected to continue at 34.4 hours, where it has been
for the last four months.
* At 1500GMT, the US wholesale trade and the final University of Michigan
Sentiment Index will be released.
* Option-expiries today at Y110.00($1.69bn), Y111.50($425mn), Y112.00($1.58bn),
Y112.75($445mn), Y113.00($1.79bn), Y114.00($3.37bn), Y115.00($4.03bn).
