US: Implied probabilities from betting markets show former NY Mayor Michael
Bloomberg moving ahead of South Bend, IN, Mayor Pete Buttigieg in the race for
the Democratic presidential nomination. 
- Bloomberg now given a 10% chance according to Betdata.io, which complies
political betting data from Betfair.
- Buttigieg has fallen to a 9% probability, from a peak of 20% on 8 Dec.
- The favourite among bettors remains former VP Joe Biden, with a probability of
33%, followed by Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders on 24% and Massachusetts Senator
Elizabeth Warren on 12%. 
- The next debate will be held on 14 January at Drake University in Des Moines,
IA. Iowa is of course the first state to hold its contest for the Democratic
nomination, with its caucuses taking place on 3 Feb.
