India’s BPCL Faces No Issues Buying Russian Oil Amid Sanctions

India’s BPCL has not faced any disruptions in Russian oil deliveries amid G7 sanctions, Sanjay Khanna, director for refineries, said.

  • BPCL has no plans to buy premium Russian oil above the G7 price cap of $60/bbl, Khanna said.
  • Oil supplies to Indian companies are mostly unaffected by the Red Sea disruptions.
  • The company is also in talks for Saudi oil deliveries for next year.
