--Durable goods orders expected to rise again by 1.0% following a
stronger-than-expected 2.0% in June, on transportation.
--A rebound in Boeing aircraft orders to 31 from 9 in June will drive the
increase.
--Excluding transportation, durable goods orders forecast to slow to 0.2%.
Although the July ISM Manufacturing New Orders Index increased 0.8%, the index
still hovers around 50, which will likely drag down the headline number.
