5yr futures traded lower Monday following a failure to tackle key resistance at
125-29, May 8 high but has since retraced much of the move. The outlook is
bullish. On May 7 the contract traded through 125-232, Apr 21 high to reinforce
a bullish theme. Furthermore, the high print of 125-29 on May 8 was just above
the former contract high of 125-286 from Mar 9 confirming a resumption of the
uptrend. A break of 125-29 would open 126-00/046. Support is at 125-06+.
