US TSYS: /MBS/CMBS: Some in Tsys market mulled if there might be "bid lists" of
various riskier bonds to be sold heading into the new year; others cited brisk
selling on Thursday of CMBS (Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities). Such
sellers want to maximize their potential tax treatment of losses by booking them
this year, than next week, when overall corporate tax rate will be lower than
the current 35% US corporate tax rate. 
- While Tsys were not expected to be the focus of such tax-centered sales, they
could be pressured cross-market, if the sister market selling turns heavier,
said observers.
- Meanwhile in other shifts as noted earlier, there had been Mideast sales of
intermediate Tsys earlier this week/vs. buying in US stocks; that was thought to
