Muted Trade

US TSYS

T-Notes holding to a narrow 0-03 range thus far, to last trade +0-01 at 132-08+, while cash Tsys trade unchanged to 1.0bp richer across the curve, a touch flatter vs. Monday's closing levels. There has been nothing in the way of notable headline flow. Equities are mixed, with e-minis a touch higher than settlement levels, while the Nikkei 225 trades over 1.5% lower on the day, in the wake of Monday's downtick in U.S. equities and the pressure seen in USD/JPY since yesterday's Tokyo close. Eurodollar futures print -0.5 to +0.5 through the reds, with a couple of rounds of selling in EDM1 witnessed during early Asia-Pac trade.
