Negotiations With Russia To Resume Friday, Ukraine Seeks Talks Between Presidents

Ukrainian lawmaker and envoy for peace talks with Russia Davyd Arakhamia writes the following on his Telegram account: "Negotiations with the Russian delegation will resume online on April 1. During the talks in Turkey, we also announced that there is a need to meet the leaders of the two countries. The Russian delegation replied that a more complete draft agreement was needed first. In a week we will work out whatever depends on the participants in the negotiation process. And we hope that the presidents of the [two] countries will then meet. At the same time, we insist that such a meeting does not take place in Russia or Belarus."
