JAPAN: Net flows were light across all 4 of the major metrics in the latest
weekly international security flows data, dampened by the Golden Week holiday
period. Worth noting that Japanese investors flipped to net buying of foreign
bonds for the first time since March, albeit for a fairly limited Y239.1bn. The
remaining 3 metrics saw net flows of < Y100bn in the most recent week.
- The week before (release delayed owing to the Golden Week holidays) revealed a
decent round of foreign bond selling from Japanese investors (Y1.1076tn)
