sold following weaker than expected Aussie CPI and Private Sector Credit data
and a miss on China offical Manufacturing PMI figures. NZD/USD last up 29 pips
at 0.7359, just short of session high of 0.7369.
- Also supporting the Kiwi is touted delta hedge from option desks above 0.7340.
- S&P affirmed New Zealand's AA rating late in Asia trade yesterday, keeping the
outlook as stable and citing sound fiscal performance.
- MNI technical analysis sees next resistance at 0.7391 - High Jan 25.
- AUD/NZD last down 69 pips at 1.0957, MNI technical analysis sees next support
at 1.0932 - Low Jan 25.
- The upside reversed a bearish trend in NZD/USD, before today the pair had made
4 consecutive days of lower highs.
