KIWI: NZD/USD faltered around $0.6600 on Wednesday, as the rate failed above the
figure/50-DMA/recent high, last dealing at $0.6555 after USD strength post-FOMC
Mins & the uptick in Tsy yields weighed in the NY afternoon on Wednesday.
- The cross has stuck to a tight range overnight, with little in the way of NZD
catalysts apparent.
- The 50-DMA ($0.6591) will provide the initial resistance level, closely
followed by $0.6600 on any break above, while initial support is noted at
$0.6460.
- NZ trade data headlines the local docket over the next week or so.
