Oil prices have inched higher with Brent........>

OIL: Oil prices have inched higher with Brent crude trading at USD71.07/bbl up
from a low of USD70.90 while WTI trades at USD63.84/bbl up from USD63.66/bbl. 
- According to the Norwegian Petroleum Directorate, oil output in Norway fell to
1.396mln b/d in March and down 8.2% Y/Y.
- Malaysia's state energy company Petronas has stated that a fire and explosion
at its Pengerang Complex is under control with the fire contained.
- The International Energy Agency has stated that there are signs of tightening
oil supplies. However, the Agency also stressed that it may lower its demand
forecasts in light of persistent global economic threats.
