GERMAN AUCTION PREVIEW: On Nov 11 the Deutsche Finanzagentur will come to market
for E3.0bln re-opening the 0.00% Dec-20 Schatz contract. 
- HISTORY: For comparison at the last auction of the 0.00% Dec-20 Schatz on Nov
13: E3.15bln was allotted, average yield of -0.58%, bid-to-cover of 1.88x, buba
cover of 1.48x. 
- RV/BACKGROUND: The 2-year Schatz is currently trading at -0.60% having been in
the -0.66%/-0.58% range over the last 4 weeks. The Mar-19 Bund future is
currently down 7 ticks on Dec 10, trading at 163.10. However Bunds could benefit
from the sell in French OATs and any news of a continued stand-off between Rome
and Brussels after Conte and Junker meet on Wednesday. 
The German Zew Survey is also released on Dec 11, scheduled for 1000GMT.
- TIMING: Results are due shortly after the auction closes at 0935GMT.
