NOK: On Wednesday Citi noted that it "likes buying NOK into the Norges Bank
meeting versus EUR of SEK but thinks EUR/NOK will see the biggest reaction of
the two. We expect no rate change and the Norges to guide towards a June hike,
which is currently priced slightly below 50% in short end rates. Either way, we
are likely to get an important signal on the extent to which the Norges are
willing to stand out as G10 hawks. This makes the meeting more important than
most non-MPR meetings."
- They pointed to cleaner positioning following the oil-related pull back.
