Orban to Speak at China’s BRI Forum

  • Hungary-China relations under the presidency of Xi Jinping are at an all-time high, Prime Minister Orban said in Beijing on Tuesday as per MTI, adding that "this is extremely beneficial and useful for Hungary". Orban, who is attending and speaking at Wednesday's Belt and Road summit, said his government supported the infrastructure development programme from the very beginning.
  • Orban also held bilateral talks with Russian President Putin on Tuesday, the PM's press chief said. The two leaders discussed Hungarian-Russian cooperation in the areas of oil and gas deliveries as well as nuclear energy, MTI were told.
