FOREX: ###POV US DOLLAR-INDEX TECHS: 96.512-98.599 Key For LT Traders
*RES 2: 96.512 - Monthly High July 5
*RES 1: 94.318 - 21-WMA
*PRICE: 93.050 @ 0130GMT
*SUP 1: 91.011 - 2017 Low Sept 8
*SUP 2: 87.627 - Low Dec 16 2014
*POV: The correction from 2017 lows currently sees the 21-WMA capping with bulls
needing a close above to shift focus to the key 96.512-98.599 region where the
bear channel top (96.842), 100 (97.190) & 55 (97.881) WMAs are situated. LT
bulls need a close above 98.599 (Low May 8) to end bearish hopes and shift
overall focus to 103.820-105.471 where 2017 highs and the LT weekly bull channel
top are located.
- LT bears take comfort in hesitation ahead of the 21-WMA and retain immediate
focus on 2017 lows while it caps. A close below 2017 lows is needed to shift
immediate focus to 87.627 and overall focus to the LT bull channel base off 2011
lows (85.729). - Click for chart https://tinyurl.com/yc3e4xpl
