XM has drifted lower in early Sydney dealing, with some light (potential hedging) pressure evident into the pricing of the ACGB Nov '32 syndication. YM -1.0, XM -3.0. The impending pricing of the syndication is applying pressure to the broader curve, cash ACGB trade has seen some bear flattening, with the longer end of the curve cheapening by ~3.5bp on the day.
