believe the risk of a Brexit no deal has increased sufficiently to become a
relevant ratings consideration, adding that in a no deal Brexit, S&P believe the
UK would experience a moderate recession lasting four to five quarters. GBP/USD
eyes earlier lows of $1.2729 at writing.
