CABLE: Rate edges lower to touch $1.3146, the lowest levels since Feb26, with
GBP suffering following Bloomberg reports that the UK are said not to expect a
breakthrough at the Cox-Barnier meeting. Support may be found on an approach
into the $1.3109 level, marking the Feb20 high as well as the 50% Fib
retracement of the $1.1841-1.4377 move. Of note, BoE Governor Mark Carney
testifies in front of a House of Lords Committee later today at 1535GMT.
