EURO-DOLLAR: Rate's decline today has somewhat stalled and the pair sits just
above session lows of $1.2333. Next support seen at the $1.2311 level, marking
the 38.2% Fib level for the $1.1916-1.2555 level before a break below the early
Feb lows of $1.2206. Any further downside could open a move toward the 50DMA at
$1.2156.
