ITALY: /RATINGS: Unicredit note that "Fitch is scheduled to review its rating on
the Italian sovereign. This comes after the rating agency decided, outside of a
scheduled review, to downgrade Italy on 28 April, moving the rating to BBB- (one
notch above non-investment grade), with stable outlook. Fitch's assessment is
now in line with Moody's sovereign rating on Italy. Given the move in April, we
do not expect Fitch to take any action today."
