- Shell, Rheinland (Godorf) - Increased CDU and VDU during evening of Oct. 21 – IIR Energy - Work is scheduled to last until mid-October, previously reported (Shell)
- Orlen – new hydrocracker at its Lithuania, Lietuva Mazeikiai facility by the end of 2025 – set to boost diesel and jet production. Also expanding crude processing. (Orlen – 22 October)
- Orlen Gdansk – Base Oils Group II complex – full operation in mid- 2026 (Orlen – 22 October)
- TotalEnergies is planning major turnaround at its 340kbd Antwerp refinery in the second half of 2025 – impacting larger of 2 gasoline making units and a crude processing unit. (Bloomberg sources – October 18)
