  • Shell, Rheinland (Godorf) - Increased CDU and VDU during evening of Oct. 21 – IIR Energy - Work is scheduled to last until mid-October, previously reported (Shell)
  • Orlen – new hydrocracker at its Lithuania, Lietuva Mazeikiai facility by the end of 2025 – set to boost diesel and jet production. Also expanding crude processing. (Orlen – 22 October)
