BOND SUMMARY: Risk appetite has been limited in the early part of today's
Asia-Pac session, with price action in the FI space relatively contained.
- T-Notes have stuck to a tight range and last trade unch. at 122.24+, with cash
yields trading 0.2bp to 0.5bp lower across the curve. U.S. 10-Year cash Tsy
yield last seen at 2.609%. Eurodollar contracts are trading unch. to 0.5 ticks
lower through the reds.
- JGB futures last trade at 152.79, 2 ticks below settlement, with cash yields
sitting 0.2bp lower to 0.6bp higher across the curve. Worth mentioning today the
BoJ left the size of its 5-10 Rinban ops unchanged at Y480bn.
- Aussie bond yields are trading 2.6bp lower to 0.9bp higher across the curve.
YM last seen +2.0 ticks at 98.57, while XM trades +0.5 ticks at 98.07, with
YM/XM +2.0 ticks at 50.50. Bills are trading 2 to 5 ticks higher through the
reds.
