Russian Urals Price Down 13% in October y-o-y: Finance Ministry

The average Russian Urals oil price was down 13% y-o-y to $70.62 per barrel in October according to Russia’s finance ministry.

  • The average Urals price January - October 2022 amounted to $79.57 per barrel and gained 17.86% in annual terms it said. That compares to $67.51 per barrel in the same period last year.
  • The crude oil export duty in Russia will be reduced by $1.70 from November 1 to $42.70 per metric ton.
