US DATA: September industrial production rose to +0.3% vs +0.2% 
expected. IP saw most categories up, with utilities +1.5%, mining +0.4%, 
manufacturing +0.1%, and business equipment +0.8%, but materials -0.2%. 
IP ex motor veh +0.3%. August IP revised up to -0.7% from -0.9%. Mfg 
excl. motor veh & parts +0.1%; and motor veh & parts +0.1%. Durables mfg 
+1.0% with categories generally up, apart from declines in aerospace and 
miscellaneous. Nondurable mfg fell to -0.9%, dragged down by all 
categories except for small gains in food and beverage and plastic and 
rubber products. Capacity utilization increased slightly to 76.0% vs 
76.2% expected. August capacity util revised down 0.3pp to 75.8%. Mfg 
cap util unchanged at 75.1%.
