US TSYS SUMMARY: Similar to Tuesday, Tsys bottomed in the overnight and picked
up steam in early London trade, now slightly off highs as U.S. comes in.
- Mar 10-Yr futures (TY) up 5/32 at 130-24.5 (L: 130-13.5 / H: 130-27).
- A bit more curve flattening too: the 2-Yr yield is down 2.2bps at 1.4406%,
5-Yr is down 2.9bps at 1.4498%, 10-Yr is down 3.1bps at 1.6252%, and 30-Yr is
down 3.1bps at 2.0804%.
- Broad direction continues to be guided by coronavirus headlines (buying this
morning on back of Asia travel bans), but risk appetite could soon swing on big
earnings reports due pre-market, incl Boeing.
- GE beat on Adj EPS but guided lower on FY20 earnings.
- Last call for MNI`s Fed preview. Decision at 1400ET, presser at 1430ET.
- Data at 0830ET includes wholesale inventories / advance goods trade reports.
