CABLE: Sterling remains heavy as BOE Carney continues to speak at the TSC, the
pressure seen mainly Eur/Gbp led as the cross extends its recovery off earlier
low of Gbp0.8859 to currently trade above Gbp0.8890. Cable has posted fresh
intraday lows of $1.3228(at writing, Asia low $1.3235) with stronger support
expected at the $1.3225/20 area.
