BTP futures broke below the 55-dma yesterday to shift the outlook decidedly
bearish. Yesterday's low at 128.91 is the initial downside target ahead of the
April 4 low at 128.50 and the March 13 low at 128.29. Below here would open the
double top measured move down at 126.70. Bulls look to recover the May 2/April
12 highs at 130.96/131.12 to reignite the uptrend. A break above here would
improve the outlook opening the 61.8% retracement at 132.24.
