EU: The Constitutional Affairs Committee of the European Parliament has approved
the UK Withdrawal Agreement by the votes of 23 MEPs to 3. 
- The Withdrawal Agreement will now go to debate and a vote in a full plenary
session of MEPs of the European Parliament on Wednesday 29 January.
- This is likely to be a formality, with no significant opposition to the deal
in the European Parliament. 
- The Withdrawal Agreement is already law in the UK, having received Royal
Assent on 23 January.
