  • G10 FX sees the Dollar on the front foot ahead of the awaited US NFP/AHE, these look to be more of a pure FX moves, Risk Tone, remains clearly On, and putting the moves on the the US Yield is stretching it somewhat.
  • US 10yr Tnotes has again found some selling interest ahead of the 4.40% support in Yield.
  • This level equated to 109.26 Yesterday, and the contract faded from a 109.24 high Yesterday, despite the weaker US IJC.
  • The 4.40% level, equates to 109.26+ today.
  • Nonetheless, it is still a little perplexing to see the Yen under pressure, some unwind and profit taking can't be ruled out, with some market participants unwinding at the 151.00 level in USDJPY, when you consider that the USDJPY fell a whopping 493 pips just this week.
