AUSSIE BONDS
AUSSIE BONDS: The space has stuck a tight range thus far, with US Tsy futures
also operating in a tight range in early dealing against the backdrop of the US
Independence Day holiday.
- The domestic 3-/10-Year yield differential is around 2.5bp flatter on the day
after Aussie Bonds tracked the Tsy complex higher in SYCOM dealing, with the
AU/US 10-Year spread holding around -25.0bp.
- Bill strip activity has been limited with the white and red contracts dealing
unchanged to a tick lower.
- Domestic retail sales data & the monthly trade balance print are the major
points of interest on today's docket, with participants set to keep an eye on
the Chinese Caixin Services PMI release.
