AUSSIE BONDS
AUSSIE BONDS: The space trades higher on the back of a distinct lack of progress
in the latest round of U.S.-China trade talks, with the prospect of escalation
evident.
- YM last +1.5 ticks, with XM +2.0 ticks. YM/XM trades at 47.5 ticks, with the
cash equivalent at 44.2bp.
- Bills trade unchanged to 2 ticks higher through the reds.
- Focus today falls on ACGB May 2030 supply and housing finance data, with
broader risk flows set to be dominated by the fallout from the ongoing
U.S.-China trade spat and the fallout from last week's talks.
