CHINA: The U.S. has asked China to close its consulate in Houston, according to
a Tweet from Global Times editor Hu Xijin. This comes amid local news reports
that documents were being burned in the consulate on Tuesday night (local
sources citing the Houston Police Dept.). The China foreign ministry has said re
those reports that the consulate is operating 'normally'. 
- With China threatening retaliation, this is yet another escalation in
Sino-Chinese tensions and markets are reacting accordingly. 
- Sep Tsy futures up 3.5 ticks to session highs at 139-20 (139-22+ next
resistance), S&P futures at session lows, USDCNH 2+ big fig higher and testing
the 7.00 mark.
