AUSSIE: Traders look ahead to the RBA's latest Financial Stability Review,
scheduled for release tomorrow at 0030GMT. MNI's Sophia Rodrigues highlights
that financial vulnerabilities from Australian household debt and the housing
market may have diminished slightly since April but not enough for them to have
little or no impact on the Reserve Bank of Australia's monetary policy
decisions. (See MNI Main Wire exclusive at 0705BST).
- RBC also look ahead and expect the RBA to acknowledge the early signs of
moderation in credit but still warn that "risks remain given the degree of
leverage in the system."
