TurkGB Curve Bull Flattens W/W, 5Y CDS Falls as Sentiment Picks Up

  • Local & USD rates trade little changed this morning, having made decent gains in yesterday’s broadly risk-on session.
  • TurkGB yields fell -10-44bp across the curve with a bull flattening bias as 7-10Y tenors outperformed. USD bond yields also fell -12.2-18.3bp on the day with 7-15Y tenors most bid.
  • W/w the TurkGB curve stands lower across the breadth and -79-93bp bull flatter in 7-10Y tenors. Credit default swaps also notched -11bp lower yesterday to hold -18.61bp below Friday’s close.
