Turkish Bonds End Mixed, Despite Reduction in War Risks

  • Local & USD rates remain unch this morning, having closed yesterday’s session mostly mixed.
  • TurkGB yields ended -2.8bp lower with the exception of the 5Y which rose 11bp, while USD bond yields closed +2.9-4.5bp higher in 5-15Y tenors – despite improved risk conditions surrounding the Ukraine crisis.
  • The 5Y CDS retraced -6.68bp of the +17bp move higher on Monday to hold just below 520.
