POLAND: Tusk May Attend Paris Summit On Ukraine, Official Confirmation Awaited

- RMF FM reported that Prime Minister Donald Tusk will likely attend an informal summit of EU leaders in France, which was called to discuss the situation in Ukraine and future ceasefire negotiations. However, there has been no official confirmation of Tusk's participation yet, while Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski's post on X suggesting as much was deleted. Meanwhile, US special envoy for Ukraine and Russia Keith Kellogg will arrive in Warsaw tomorrow and is scheduled to meet with President Andrzej Duda amid a continuation of shuttle diplomacy surrounding the Russo-Ukrainian war.
- NBP's Joanna Tyrowicz wrote that "for inflation to be on-target, prices should change by 0.2% M/M on average, not by 1.0%." She reiterated that current inflation dynamics are inconsistent with the target and not because of any transitory shock related to administered energy prices.
- InPost CEO Rafal Brzoska launched a website with his team's deregulation proposals. During a recent event at the Warsaw Stock Exchange, Prime Minister Donald Tusk invited Brzoska to come up with ideas for easing regulatory burden on entrepreneurs and present them to the cabinet.
