US TSYS/STOCKS: Update: Calpers voted to raise its bond allocation to 28% (vs.
20% currently) and to up its stocks allocation to 50% (from 46% currently), said
Bloomberg. Calpers will keep a 13% share in real assets, such as real estate and
infrastructure, and 8% share in private equity, it said.
