OIL: US Crude Stocks Seen Up 1.3m bbl in Week to Jan. 31: WSJ

US crude oil inventories are expected to have risen by 1.3m bbl in the week to Jan. 31, according to a WSJ survey of seven analysts and traders.
- Two respondents expected a crude draw, and five predicted a build. Responses ranged from -2.4m bbl to +3.6m bbl.
- Gasoline inventories are expected to have risen by 0.1m bbl. Responses ranged from -3.0m bbl to +2.0m bbl.
- Distillate inventories, mainly diesel, are seen with a draw of 1.6m bbl. Responses ranged from -3.0m bbl to +1.0m bbl.
- Refinery capacity use is projected to be down 0.1 percentage points at 83.4%.
- The official figures will be released by the EIA at 10:30 ET Feb. 5.
