US TSYS
US TSYS: US Tsy futures have operated around closing levels in early dealing,
with thinned desks (and a shorter trading day for futures) owing to the
Independence Day holiday with the cash space closed.
- Tuesday saw Tsys reverse their early risk-on tone (carry over from London
trade w/Bunds and Gilts weaker, sovereign spreads tighter, equities firmer,
crude hitting multi-year highs) to finish at/near session highs.
- The Eurodollar strip held mildly firmer, near the top end of a narrow session
range on light volume.
- T-Notes last at 120.10, US 10-Year Tsy yields closed at 2.831%.
