USD/CAD last deals at C$1.3380........>

DOLLAR-CANADA
DOLLAR-CANADA: USD/CAD last deals at C$1.3380 after climbing almost 30 pips
Friday on the back of strong U.S. retail sales figures & another slip in oil
prices, with WTI briefly breaking below $51/barrel ($51.4 at writing).
- Bulls need to retake Friday's high of C$1.3402 before attempting a move at the
Dec 11 high/upper Bollinger band (2%) at C$1.3424/33. Meanwhile, bears look to
Friday's intraday low at C$1.3347 and a break below would give them a green
light to challenging the Dec 13 low of C$1.3339.
- Canadian focus this week falls on domestic CPI due Wednesday, as well as
retail sales & GDP due Friday. Elsewhere, the BoC will release its biz. outlook
survey on Friday.
